Albright College’s Experiential Learning & Career Development Center (ELCDC) has been recognized by Colleges of Distinction for its outstanding undergraduate student Career Development initiatives. This recognition is given to institutions that offer comprehensive four-year plans, personalized advising and more.
With guidance from the ELCDC, Albright College students participate in experiences such as internships, study abroad and paid undergraduate research — working one on one with a professor. Integrating innovative experiences with academic offerings, the college’s ELCDC team offers a variety of services for students, alumni and employers, assisting students in exploring majors, careers and experiential learning opportunities.
Collaborating with employers and community organizations to provide internships, service learning and employment opportunities, the ELCDC offers an array of programs, seminars and workshops to help students develop career opportunities, learn about resume construction, and build skills for networking and interviewing. It also supports student success with initiatives like the Career Closet, which helps to provide students with affordable professional attire.
