Albright College receives 2025 Amigo Award at Centro Hispano Daniel Torres’ annual gala 

READING, PA – June, 2025 – Albright College was proud to be named the 2025 recipient of the Amigo Award during the Centro Hispano Daniel Torres Amigo Award Gala held on June 6 in the Redner’s Event Center at FirstEnergy Stadium. Accepting on behalf of the college was President Debra M. Townsley, Ph.D..

An annual accolade bestowed by Centro Hispano, the Amigo award acknowledges a person, organization or institution that contributes positively to Reading’s Latino community and at the center itself, which is located at 201 Penn Street.
