Enrollment Growth Continues Albright’s Momentum

The Albright College campus was buzzing with energy in August as the college welcomed its largest incoming class in five years. Approximately 450 first-year students with nearly 75 transfer students joined the Albright community, representing a 20 percent increase in new student enrollment since 2020.

Move-in day set the tone for the semester, as Peer Orientation Persons (POPs), student athletes, faculty, and staff pitched in to help families unload cars and carry boxes. The day was filled with smiles, high-fives, and plenty of Red and White spirit. “It’s exciting. The vibe is amazing; the energy is amazing,” one parent told WFMZ, capturing the contagious excitement of the day.

The growth in enrollment is not just about numbers. For many, it signals a new era for the college. “This is a pivotal moment and proof that Albright’s transformation is working,” said Brenda Ingram-Wallace, Ph.D., Vice President for Student Affairs and Campus Life, and Justin Roy, Vice President for Enrollment Management, in a joint statement. “With renewed confidence in our mission and momentum for the future, we are building strength that will benefit students for generations to come.”
