Did you know that Albright’s low 10:1 student-faculty ratio means that students are afforded more individualized attention in each classroom?

Because Albright’s classes are small, our professors are able to spend more time with each student and provide advice or support that fits a student’s unique needs. They’re able to offer meaningful experiential learning, as well as detailed feedback on assignments. In fact, Albrjjight professors often adapt their teaching to their students’ learning styles and transform their classrooms into dynamic environments for interactive discussions and collaboration.
Students in smaller classroom environments are also more likely to feel comfortable voicing their opinions or asking questions. And a low student-faculty ratio means that Albright students are able to participate in meaningful conversations with peers, while building strong relationships with professors — which alumni say is as impactful years after graduation as it is on day one.
In addition to one-on-one ACRE research opportunities that most college students don’t experience until graduate school, Albright students connect with professors for academic and career advice — or sometimes just to talk through what’s happening in the world today.
“My professors have been so helpful,” says accounting major, Raj Bhattarai. “Dr. Obazee, my advisor, gets things done. I love that about her. I feared her my first two semesters. But when I sat down in her office to discuss how illness was affecting my classes, she was incredibly open and realistic, which really helped me. Now when I struggle, I go right to Dr. Obazee. At Albright, I get the support I need, and don’t have to wait.”
